Huge Hamsa Pendant - Sterling Silver - Antique

Incredible very old (likely 1800's) huge Hand of Fatima or Hamsa pendant with beautiful ornate engraving. This measures just over 6 inches and has markings on back which indicate sterling. Someone has added a tiny loop at the top next owner can remove. An incredible piece of history.
