Stunning rare larger Opal star set locket in gold filled metal. Locket measures 1.5 inches with top loop x approx 1.25 inches. Opal has incredible fire. Light scratches on front of locket commensurate with wear (see photos). Back has wear as well. Locket likely circa early 1900s. Closes with a snap. Inside could use a cleaning. No frames present. Comes on 16 inch gold filled thin rope chain. Chain stamped 14kt GF for gold filled.
