Rhodochrosite Dome Ring - Sterling Silver - Vintage

Very unusual Rhodochrosite dome ring with a gorgeous semi transparent stone in an ornate wave-like high setting.  Definitely an older ring maybe circa 1960’s-1970’s.  Stamped with a faded marking for sterling “925”.  Stone moves a bit in setting but appears secure.  There are natural inclusions within stone but nothing that takes away from striking look of stone.  Stone is approx 0.75 inches across.  Ring size = 7.25.
